1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of LeoLand (“LeoLand”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). LeoLand is provided by Anna Cherkashina, an individual developer based in Thailand.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LeoLand, you agree to these Terms. If a child uses LeoLand, the child’s parent or legal guardian is responsible for the child’s use of the App and agrees to these Terms on the child’s behalf.
2. About LeoLand
LeoLand provides coloring activities and simple educational games for young children, including children aged approximately 2–3 years old.
LeoLand is intended for entertainment and early learning support. It is not a school, childcare service, medical service, diagnostic tool, or professional educational assessment tool.
3. Parents and Guardians
LeoLand is designed for children, but decisions about downloading, installing, purchasing, subscribing, enabling notifications, and managing device settings must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LeoLand on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal and non-commercial use.
LeoLand is licensed, not sold. You do not acquire ownership of LeoLand or any content, characters, illustrations, designs, sounds, animations, software, or other materials included in the App.
5. Accounts
LeoLand does not require users to create an account. The App does not ask children to provide usernames, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media profiles.
6. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials
LeoLand may be free to download and may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, and trial periods. Paid features may include access to premium content, additional activities, or other app features shown inside LeoLand.
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Purchase access and entitlement management may also be supported by a purchase management provider such as NetPurchase. We do not receive or store your payment card number or full billing information.

Please review all purchase information carefully before confirming a purchase. Children should not make purchases without permission from a parent or legal guardian.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LeoLand. In particular, you must not:
- copy, resell, redistribute, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with security, parental gates, purchase flows, entitlement checks, or technical protection measures;
- use LeoLand in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights;
- use LeoLand to upload, transmit, or distribute harmful software, spam, or abusive content.
8. Intellectual Property
LeoLand and all related content, including software, artwork, characters, visual design, user interface, text, sounds, animations, logos, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the content only as part of your personal use of LeoLand under these Terms.
9. Privacy
Your use of LeoLand is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how LeoLand handles information, including children’s privacy, diagnostics, notifications, and purchase-related information.
10. Notifications
LeoLand may offer push notifications in the future. Notifications are optional and can be enabled or disabled through device settings. Notifications are intended to support the app experience and service messages, not advertising or behavioral tracking.
11. Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue LeoLand or any part of it at any time. Some features may depend on device compatibility, operating system version, App Store availability, network access, or third-party services.
We do not guarantee that LeoLand will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
LeoLand is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and accuracy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of LeoLand.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by that law.
14. Third-Party Services
LeoLand may rely on third-party services for app distribution, payments, purchase entitlement management, diagnostics, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and similar operational purposes. These services may include Apple, Firebase, and purchase management providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we aim to use them only in ways that support LeoLand’s operation and child-safe experience.
15. Termination
You may stop using LeoLand at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to LeoLand if we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or if continued access may cause harm, legal risk, or security issues.
Termination does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. App Store subscriptions should be canceled through Apple Account settings.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and make the updated Terms available in the app or on the relevant website page.
Your continued use of LeoLand after the updated Terms become available means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Apple App Store
If you downloaded LeoLand from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Apple’s applicable terms, rules, and policies, including App Store purchase and subscription rules.
