2. About LeoLand
LeoLand provides coloring activities and simple educational games for children, including children aged approximately 2–3 years old. The app is designed to be used by children with the involvement, supervision, or permission of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Children’s Privacy
We designed LeoLand to minimize data collection from children. LeoLand does not require children to create an account or provide personal information.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
LeoLand does not ask users to provide, and we do not knowingly collect, the following categories of personal information:
- child name, parent name, username, email address, phone number, postal address, or date of birth;
- photos, videos, voice recordings, messages, drawings uploaded to a server, or user-generated content;
- precise location, contacts, health information, or payment card information;
- advertising identifiers used for tracking, such as IDFA;
- account credentials, passwords, or social media profile information.
5. Information Stored on the Device
LeoLand may store app-related information locally on the user’s device, such as game progress, completed activities, coloring state, app settings, and similar preferences.
This information is intended to remain on the device and is not used by us to identify a child or create a user profile.
6. Limited Technical Data
To help keep LeoLand stable, safe, and working properly, the app may use limited technical diagnostics and product analytics. This may include crash reports, basic app performance information, app version, operating system version, device model, and anonymous or aggregated app usage events.
We use this information only to understand whether LeoLand works correctly, fix bugs, improve the app experience, and maintain app quality. We do not use this information for advertising, tracking, behavioral profiling, or selling data.
7. Firebase
LeoLand may use Firebase services, such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to support diagnostics, app quality, and notifications.
We configure these services for limited operational purposes only. We do not use Firebase for advertising, ad personalization, or cross-app tracking.

8. Push Notifications
LeoLand may offer push notifications in the future. If notifications are available and a parent or guardian enables them, Apple and/or Firebase may process technical notification information, such as a notification token, to deliver notifications to the device.
Notifications can be turned off at any time in the device settings.
9. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Trials
LeoLand may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, and/or trial periods. Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system and may be supported by a purchase management provider such as NetPurchase.
We do not receive or store payment card numbers, bank account details, or full billing information. Apple handles payment processing for purchases made through the App Store. We may receive limited purchase status information necessary to unlock paid content, manage access, support subscriptions, or prevent fraud and errors.
11. Advertising and Tracking
LeoLand does not display third-party advertising. LeoLand does not use personal information for behavioral advertising. LeoLand does not sell personal information and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.
12. User Content
LeoLand does not provide public posting, chat, comments, social features, or user-generated content sharing. Coloring and game activity are intended to remain within the app experience on the user’s device.
13. Data Retention and Deletion
Because LeoLand does not provide user accounts and does not operate a user database, we generally do not have account data to delete.
Local app data can usually be removed by deleting LeoLand from the device. Limited technical data processed by service providers may be retained according to their own retention rules and only for operational purposes such as diagnostics, security, and purchase management.

14. Security
We use reasonable measures designed to protect LeoLand and limit data processing to what is necessary for app operation, diagnostics, notifications, and purchases. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we aim to keep the app’s data practices minimal and child-safe.
15. International Processing
Service providers used by LeoLand may process limited technical information in countries other than the country where the user lives. Where applicable, such processing is handled by those service providers under their privacy and security practices.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and make the updated policy available in the app or on the relevant website page.
